A fast-acting paint remover designed to strip paint from flexible automotive parts such as urethane bumpers. It removes the toughest factory finishes, even two-part epoxies.
When used according to directions, Aircraft® Paint Remover for Flexible Plastic will not attack urethanes. This heavy bodied formula clings to vertical surfaces without running or dripping.

importANT Carefully read all instructions on the Technical Data Sheet and cautions on the SDS before use. Protect hands with solvent-resistant gloves and eyes with chemical splash goggles.
Directions for Use:
1. Mask all areas not to be stripped.
2. Shake well. Hold can in an upright position and point arrow on top of button away from you. Spray at a distance of approximately 8" to 12" from surface. To avoid sagging on vertical surfaces, use a back and forth motion to apply a generous, even coat. Limit work area to one section at a time, such as a bumper.
3. Allow remover to work until the finish has lifted or softened, generally within 10 – 15 minutes. Continue checking in 10 minute intervals, as stripper left on some types of urethane surfaces for an extended period of time can cause damage.
4. Remove paint with a scraper. Immediately neutralize area by wiping with a damp rag.
5. Dry the surface with a clean, oil-free cloth. Allow surface to dry at least 12 hours.
Note: This product may not be compatible with all surfaces and all conditions surrounding application.
Before applying to any surface, always test product in a small, inconspicuous area to ensure no damage will result.
Do not use this product on rigid plastics.
For best results, apply at temperatures between 65ºF and 85ºF and avoid direct sunlight.
This product is not intended to remove color mixed into plastic prior to molding.
Repeated applications of this product in an attempt to remove the OEM baked finish can cause swelling and distortion of the part.
Some older bumpers may swell during application but will return to original contour within 24 hours.
Do not apply new finish until swelling has gone down.
SAFETY DIRECTIONS: USE OUTDOORS IN AN OPEN AREA. It is dangerous to use this product indoors. If you must use indoors, cross-ventilate work area by opening all windows and doors and circulating fresh air through the work area to reduce vapor accumulation. Always wear chemical-splash goggles and chemical-resistant gloves when handling this product. A dust mask does not provide protection against vapors.
